Google+ is Testing built-in Youtube player. It is not available to everyone till now. But lets have a look to how it works.
Also you can Play/Pause the video from Google+ homepage.

Google+ is Testing built-in Youtube player. It is not available to everyone till now. But lets have a look to how it works.
Youtube search bar apperars at the right corner of the screen and on mouse hover it extends itself ask for 'What do like to play?'.
On entering search term , a new window pops out and you will see your video in that window.
